Hains: Game 7: A Broken Team
The newest NHL franchise signed its first home win last night against the oldest team by a score of 5-1. - Karine Hains
I expect a house cleaning before the team returns to Montreal.

Good blog.
"The more I watch this team play and the clearer it becomes, the loss suffered in the off season have not been properly replaced, Dvorak is no Danault, Evans or Paquette are no KK and Savard is definitely no Weber."

Either MB had no plan or was so over-confident that players would not leave / have little impact if they left.
Either way, time to go. |

It's amazing the poles this team has gone from in less than 5 months |

Is it?
I think it is being in complete denial in thinking this was a good team last year.
They got hot at the right time, and were lucky Vancouver was in their division, to let them get to the playoffs.

To simply boil it down to Duck ignores the glorious franchise origins though |

Me neither. Really don't get why they changed it.
Gordon Bombay isn't even their coach as well...fake ass team. |

Oh I get that part. I've been a wet blanket about how bad I expected them to be and how I wanted to blow it up all summer, that part I get. I just mean from the passion and goodwill of the playoff run, to Weber, then the draft pick, exposing Price, every part of the Kotkaniemi saga, Price needing time away, the awful start that has been just as bad as the record indicates. It is amazing to go from A to B |

Somehow worse than being the 2nd team named the roughriders in a league with less than 10 teams? |

You can buy hormone free and organic and all that. Depending on where you live you can often get it direct from the farm. Either way that gets expensive. I've toyed with the idea of one of those online organic meat delivery companies that deliver a monthly box of a variety of frozen meat but never tried it
ya my food intake is bought once a week one grocery and done in about 12 minutes
Im not driving on a farm to buy chicken
So only option would be the delivery thing, anybody ever tried ? |

My cousin is married to a cow farmer. Bought a ¼ beef last year and some packages this year, I got ground beef for the whole year and had enough steaks for the BBQs last summer. Also tastes a lot better than the grocery stuff, no hormones or antibiotics.
